Fascial Fitness
Training your fascia protects you from muscular injury and keeps your body literally in shape, providing the slide and glide needed between joints.
Fascial wringing, decompression and rehydrating postures and stretches increase collagen production facilitating more flexibility.
Fascia adapt to stresses and stimuli. They can be trained in different ways in order to release adhesions (knots), glueyness and hardening. This includes the release of trauma- be it emotional, physical or chemical as it’s stored in the fascia. Fascial Fitness class held weekly $12pp
Stick Mobility
Stick Mobility builds end of range muscle strength & power by exerting force on a shortened or lengthened muscle.
Stick Mobility drills create more neuromuscular demand through the active pushing & pulling on the stick while in dynamic postures.
Generating greater strength & power in these end range positions allows for greater ranges of motion resulting in improved mobility, improved overall muscular strength, increased balance, stability and fascial elongation.
